Wild Asparagus and Guanciale Pasta

With spring underway...it is time for the wild Asparagus (asparagi selvatici), with its intense flavour and earthy tones. This recipe can be adapted for store bough asparagus but if you find wild ones it is a different level!

This recipe is typical Umbrian, quick and easy and with some amazing flavours!

Asparagus are low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. Additionally, eating asparagus has a number of potential health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes and lower blood pressure.
