Conservative commentator Benedict Spence has told talkRADIO's Ian Collins that people "do not take the Scottish government especially seriously."

Speaking about the performance of the UK government during the coronavirus pandemic, Mr Spence said Britain needs a lot of reform and that institutions "don't work for the people" because the nation has been "too closely tied to the European Union."
