Have you ever noticed, the temperature of each state of India is different from one another? It might be 26 degrees in Mumbai; 16 degrees in MP while -1 degree in Kashmir. So what are these negative and positive numbers called? They all are termed as Integers. Integers are a set of positive and negative numbers including zero. All numbers are integers except fractions and decimals. A set of integers are denoted as “I”.
