Bolani is a popular flat bread from Afghanistan, which can be baked, fried or heated on a tawa or hot plate. A thin chapati is stuffed with a vegetable filling (or non-veg), it's similar to an Indian Paratha.

POTATO BOLANI FILLING RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
* Potato
* Caramalised Onion
* Black Pepper
* Salt
* Chilli

Bolani is usually thin and can be stuffed with a variety of delicious filling such as such as lightly spiced potatoes, lentils, pumpkin or leeks.
