PizzaMaster® Training and Support Video 4: TIMER OPERATION

In this video, we’ll talk about how to operate the PizzaMaster oven timer button. Once the deck is on, you can set your timer using the timer button – it looks like a clock. There are four main steps to setting up and using your timer for the first time.

Step one, press the timer button. Step two, press the plus sign until it reaches your desired number of minutes. For example, I’m setting the timer for five minutes. Step three is to press the set button, which will display a green light next to the number of minutes. Step four, push the timer button and you’ll hear a beep and will see the green light blinking. That means the timer has started to count down those five minutes, and you’ll see each minute pass on the front panel (4, 3, 2, 1, zero).

Once you have the timer set, you’ll only need to press two buttons each time you want to use that same number of minutes. First push the set button to reset your minutes, and then press the timer button to begin.

Note the green ‘auto’ button. If you press and hold the timer button longer than three seconds, auto mode will activate. This is ‘multiple user mode’ which can accommodate up to five simultaneous timers. When you’re in this mode, the panel will not show the countdown. For our five-minute example, the oven will beep as each 5-minute interval is completed. Some operators like this option, while others prefer single use mode. If you enter auto mode and want to go back to single-use mode, simply push and hold the timer button for about three seconds until the green light turns off.
