Nissan Scissor!? "SkyJack" - Part 1

We're on the road again...this time to Ohio.
Got a call for a Nissan-powered 2006 SkyJack Scissor lift that stalls out after 10 minutes of running.

Upon arriving on site, it quickly becomes clear that the stalling is not the only problem with this lift!!
