Fitness Vlog: Gym Time
Join me on my Fitness Vlog: Gym Time!! As I mentioned before, I haven’t really worked out in a while & so I’m making it my mission to get in the best shape ever (before I get knocked up again lol) I don’t have a whole lot of time to fit exercise into my lifestyle so I try to keep my workouts 1hr or less. Usually I train outdoors in the Spring/Summer but it was pouring rain.
Workout:
Cardio (walk/run intervals) 40min
Warm-up walk (2min)
Intervals...
Walk at brisk pace (2 min)
Run (2 min)
Walk on steep incline (2 min)
Repeat x 6
Circuit
20 stability ball crunches
20 oblique crunches each side
Stability ball plank (1min)
Repeat x3
25 thrusters
20 alternating lunges
Walk sit (1min)
Modified planks
Repeat x3
