My hair was completely fried & damaged for probably 10 years prior to starting the Curly Girl Method. Enjoy! I recently had a good question from a subscriber & to answer/clairify. The alcohols in conditioner mainly CETYL ALCOHOL are actually moisturising alcohols and are safe to use. Im going to post a link to a descriptive video below.
