Time to Go

The plaintiff says she rented a defective apartment from the defendant, who she claims told her not to flush used toilet paper. She says the landlady wouldn’t fix the plumbing, so she’s suing for the money she says she’s now owed. The defendant says the plaintiff was a pot and cigarette smoker who had to be evicted and even tried to blackmail her. She’s countersuing for unpaid rent.
