Rolling Thunder : Air War Over North Vietnam (The Nam : Vietnam Combat Operations)

During the Vietnam War, the United States launched several sustained bombing campaigns against North Vietnam, using hundreds of aircraft to pound civilian and military targets.

The most famous of these campaigns was dubbed Rolling Thunder and lasted three years, from March 1965 to November 1968. Though killing as many as 200,000 Vietnamese civilians and troops, the air war merely strengthened Vietnamese resolve to continue fighting the Americans and their South Vietnamese allies. It also cost America around 1000 aircraft.

The Nam: Vietnam Combat Operations is a Vietnam War strategy game that lets players relive the dangerous but exciting Rolling Thunder and Linebacker campaigns, using over 20 types of aircraft to bomb North Vietnamese bridges, trains, ports, fuel depots, bases and airfields. Special rescue choppers can also rescue prisoners of war in POW camps.

Among the many aircraft which can be used are A6 Intruders, F105 Thuds, F100 Huns, F4 Phantoms, A4 Skyhawks, plus Soviet-made but Vietnamese piloted MIG17s and MIG21s.

3) Once the download finishes, open the folder then find and double-click on 𝗩𝗖𝗢.𝗕𝗔𝗧 or Game.exe. You can resize the screen by clicking TSconfig.exe.

4) Click 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆 and choose your battle. The official 𝗩𝗖𝗢 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗲 contains everything you'll need to understand and master the game and its myriad maps and units.
