City of Melbourne to hand out 100,000 free party hats for New Year's Eve
The City of Melbourne Council is planning to hand out 100,000 free party hats for New Year's Eve.
“It’s a pretty woke council but they’re saying that they can all be recycled,” said Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“They’re not adding to the litter problems.
“I call BS on that.
“They’re all going to be in the drains and the gutters and the bins, aren’t they?”
