Best Back Exercise For Muscle Gain 🔥
There‘a a few exercises that never leave my routine, especially after 10+ years, and the lat pull-down is one of them.
There’s really only 2 ways to vertically train the back (through pull-downs and pull-ups).
And by consistently doing these, they’ll also help you become better at pull-ups.
Additionally, you’ll see me using the MAG bar here which feels incredible as it fatigues grip less.
There are so many incredible pull-down variations with different purposes such as:
🔥 Wide-grip (you see me doing here)
🔥 Close-grip
🔥 Neutral grip
🔥 Reverse grip
🔥 Single arm
