Kevin Sembrat, Final-Ever College 400m Relay, 3:15.99s Gold Medal, 5/7/22 Ingram Field, Annapolis

At the 2022 Patriots League Outdoor Track Championship hosted on 5/7/22 by the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, Army West Point Black Knights Track Team Captain, Firstie Cadet Kevin Sembrat Jr., USMA ‘22, hands off the baton to fellow Black Knight, Firstie CDT Mike Altenberg, USMA ‘22, on a very rainy Ingram Field at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, to win Team Gold with 3:15.99s in Kevin’s final Men’s 4x4 Relay of his award-winning Division-1 College Career — including a 2019 Championship Ring and the 47.72s 2nd Fastest 400m-Dash in West Point’s 220-Year History, just 0.05s behind Cadet Derric Anderson’s 1981 47.67s Army West Point Record — Hooah Cadet! 👍

On May 21, 2022, Cadet Sembrat will graduate with a BS in Computer Science with his US Military Academy’s West Point Class of 2022 and be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant (2LT) Officer in the United States Army.

After a well-deserved multi-week paid Leave, Infantry-branching 2LT Sembrat will report to Fort Benning, Georgia for specialized Officer Training and Ranger School, following which he will report to his chosen duty station under the 7th Army Training Command (7th ATC) with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) in Hohenfels, Germany — Hooah and Godspeed, 2LT! ✊🙏🇺🇸
