Cooking with Cathy- Nut Butter Energy Balls

Ms. Cathy from Holy Cross Health FL held an online demonstration on how she makes nut butter energy balls.

How to prepare:
In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of peanut or any nut butter (natural low sodium/no added sugar), 1/2 cup of honey, and a 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Using a 1-tablespoon measure, roll the mixture into balls. Store in an airtight contain in the refrigerator to firm up. Refrigerate up to 5 days or in the freeze up to 3 months.
