Sunrise Kundalini Flow

My first sunrise yoga session at the beach this year and I’m so happy 😭😭😭 my heart is so full 💕

P.S. I had a bad dream the night before this and I used this practice to shake off the fearful and negative energy I was feeling and come back to my center. I use my practice to remember that at my core I AM NOT:
- reactive
- scared
- unreliable
- sad
- uncomfortable
- anxious
- high strung
- confused

And to remind myself THAT I AM:
- love
- peace
- and gratitude, having a human experience.

I thank God and my body every morning. I put my hands on her with love, and remind her she’s safe, guided, and protected. I move with this intention always.
