Kundalini yoga and meditation is such a beautiful way to develop a deeper connection to yourself. As human beings, we are complicated. We have flaws and imperfections, but there is a beautiful, divine part of us that we can access and receive guidance from. Kundalini yoga helps you tap into that part of yourself. It's not about being in a permanent state of enlightenment or alignment, but about having the tools and practices to be able to come back to it again and again and again.

Peace, clarity, love, joy, abundance, all exist within you. The journey is to access them.
