My 1 year epic body transformation from skinny to ripped! This video is to show that with hard work, Dedication, Willpower anything is possible if you don't give up. I am 100% natural for any of those who want to question it.

This video i hope can motivate people who may be starting out thinking its impossible or perhaps someone who is already well into there journey but may be giving up or feeling un-motivated.

I started my journey at 61Kg and now weigh 76Kg, my height is 179cm (5ft 11")
