Sous Vide 101: Goose Breast
In part 3 of our mini-series, we show you how to cook a perfectly tender goose breast with a nice finishing char from the grill! Maybe you already have a go to goose recipe or maybe you've never found a way to cook it exactly how you like....I'm telling you, give this a try!!!
-Clean goose breast
-Add seasoning
-Vacuum seal with butter and marinade (optional)
- Cook in Sous Vide @130 for 2 hours
- Finish on grill (500 degrees) for 1-2min per side, get char marks
- ENJOY THIS DELICIOUS GOOSE!!!
