Turkey Street Tacos (leg quarters)

If you're looking for a delicious way to utilize all the meat on the leg and thigh of the turkey you just shot, this is the video for you!! In this recipe, we make some street tacos loaded with flavorful and tender turkey meat!
Recipe:
- Clean up your turkey quarter. You can separate the leg and thigh if you wish, we just left it whole for this video.
- Season your meat, we used Traeger Fin & Feather
- In your Instant Pot bowl, add a carton of chicken stock, poultry mix of herbs, and a chipotle taco seasoning packet. Whisk together
-Add meat to the pot
- Place pot back in Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 1 hour. Allow natural release for 5 min before manual release. If meat is not fall of the bone tender, cook for another 10-15min before checking again.
- Take meat out of the pot and allow to cool before pulling meat off the bone. SAVE THAT BROTH THOUGH!!
- Once meat has been shredded, heat a pan on medium/high and melt some butter. Once butter is melted, add meat and season to taste. Lastly, add 1/2-1 cup of the broth from the instant pot to keep meat tender.
- Assemble Tacos
