RECIPES:

Warm Chia Flax Pudding
Inspired by https://kellyleveque.com/recent-posts/2015/7/9/warm-chia-flax-pudding
- 1.5 cups plant milk
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp ground chia
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon & cardamom
- Dash of vanilla & sweetner of choice
Toppings: frozen wild blueberries, coconut flakes, walnuts, almond butter

Directions:
- In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients
- Allow to simmer whilst stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes
- Serve with desired toppings

Herb Cashew Dressing
- Handful of fresh basil, parsley or cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
- Optional: 1 small piece of ginger
- Pink sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small blender
- Blend on high for 1 minute / until creamy and well combined
