A Florida man is suing after being arrested on suspicion of driving impaired, even though he says he hadn’t touched a drop of alcohol. After the arrest, Schoonmaker took a urine test, which revealed that he was indeed stone-cold sober. Inside Edition looked into several cases where people were charged with DUIs despite blood or urine tests showing they were not intoxicated.
