PORK BINAGOONGAN | Binagoongang Baboy Recipe

Pork Binagoongan is pork stewed and sautéed in shrimp paste, perfect dish with fried Eggplant and steamed rice.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo Pork Liempo
1 cup Pork Fat (optional)
2 pcs Eggplant
5 cloves Garlic, smashed
1 medium Onion, sliced
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 pc dried Bay Leaf
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
1 cup Bagoong Alamang (Shrimp Paste)
2 pcs long green Chili (Sili Panigang), sliced
