INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Beef Brisket, cut into chunk
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 pcs dried Bay Leaves
4 cups Water
3 medium Potatoes, cut into chunk
1 medium Carrot, cut into chunk
1 medium Red and Green Bellpepper
5 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 (115g) Tomato Sauce
2 cups Coconut Milk (first extract)
Annatto Seeds/Achuete soaked in 1/2 cup water
1 small can Liver Spread
4 pcs Hotdog, sliced
1/2 cup cheese, Quickmelt
