INGREDIENTS :
600-1 kl. beef chuck
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1-2 pcs tomato chopped
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 large carrot, quartered
2 pcs potato, quartered
1 red bell pepper, quartered
1/3 cup frozen green peas
1 pc beef stock cube
2-3 cups water
3 pcs dried bay leaves
salt to taste
ground black pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
slurry : 2 tsp cornflour mix 2 tbsp water
