Las Vegas Evictions Skyrocket. Landlords kicking tenants out.

Data from Eviction Lab is showing that evictions across Las Vegas have skyrocketed since the pandemic started.

With the city experiencing a 16% eviction filing rate and eviction figures over 150% higher than they were several years ago.

The big issue in Las Vegas is that landlords jacked up the rent during the pandemic to a level where the locals could no longer afford it. Resulting in sky-high Rent / Income Ratios that are putting stress on tenants and resulting in a wave of evictions.
