Dominican Sweet Corn Meal - How to prepare creamy Sweet Corn Meal Dominican Style - Delicious & Easy

This is a very versatile, fast, delicious and inexpensive recipe. While I was a child, my mother made me this sweet Corn Meal and apart from Farina, this became one of my favorite breakfasts. When I had my children, I prepared it for them because I want to continue the same tradition, of cooking meals from my childhood so that they enjoy the same as I did. It is now one of their favorite as well. Prepare it and you will see what a delight, you will really love this.

Ingredients:
For the Spices Tea:
1 1/2 Cups Water
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1tsp Sweet Cloves
1tsp Sweet Whole Spice

1 1/2 Cups Fine Corn Meal
3 Cups Water

For the Corn Meal:
Strained Spices Tea + Reserved Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cans Evaporates Milk (12oz)
2 Cups Whole Milk
(If you like Coconut, You can sustitute, 1 Cup Whole Milk for 1 Cup Coconut Milk)
1/2 Cups Sugar (or to taste)
1/2tsp Salt (or to taste)
4 Tbsp Butter
Mixture of Soaked CornMeal
