Primavera Cauliflower Rice - The best Cauliflower Rice you will eat - Keto approved and Delicious
This Primavera Cauliflower Rice is one of my favorite rices in spring / summer, as I get these cauliflowers of different colors that I totally love. I love the bright colors it has and at the same time it is very healthy. You can accompany it with any meat you like and you can even turn it into a salad if you wish. You can also prepare enough for the whole week as it keeps well in the refrigerator.
The ingredients are:
Option 1 (1/2 recipe as I show in the video)
1/2 White Cauliflower
1/2 Yellow Cauliflower
1/2 Purple Cauliflower
1/2 Green Cauliflower (If you get it)
1/4 Red Onion
1/4 Red Pepper
1/4 Green Pepper
1 - 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning Salt free
1/2 tsp of Salt (or to taste)
Option 2 (1/2 Recipe as in the Video)
1/2 White Cauliflower
1/2 Yellow Cauliflower
1/2 Purple Cauliflower
1/2 Green Cauliflower (If you get it)
1 Broccoli Head
5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 Stalk Celery
1 Stalk of Green Onion
1 Small Bunch Cilantro
1/2 Red Onion
1/4 Red Pepper
1/4 Green Pepper
1 - 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
1/2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Original Seasoning Salt Free
1/2 tsp of Salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
