One of the most hotly contested topics in the fitness industry and bodybuilding in general is 'how long should I rest in between sets?' Some people claim long rests are superior as it allows you to recover better and use maximal weights. Yet others claim that less rest between sets is superior because it produces a better pump and allows you to get more volume in a short period of time. So who is right? As with many topics, there are advantages and disadvantages to both.
