Whether on the BBQ or in a pan this burger has all the flavours of the South of Italy with the spicy Calabrian 'Nduja, black olives, Cacciocavalo cheese and fresh Rosemary, but as with all my recipes the Venezuelan touch needs to be included, and in this recipe is in the form of Cumin powder, garlic, Worcester sauce and Casava chips...
