Pancetta & Cheese Flower Party Pastries | Mi Terruno Food

These party pastries are not only beautiful and easy to make but they are supper yummy and perfect for any party.
They are made very cheaply using already made puff pastry, Pancetta and Cheddar cheese. Of course, you can add more ingredients or swap the Pancetta for ham or any other meat. I would, however, keep the Cheddar cheese or swap it for another easy metable cheese like Gouda perhaps.

For this recipe I used:
500gr of already made puff pastry
150gr of Calabrian Round cured Pancetta
150gr of mild Cheddar cheese
1 Free range egg to brush before baking
