Easy Mango and Lime Tarts │Mi Terruno Food

My Easy Mango and Lime Tarts are made using flaky melt in your mouth short crust pastry filled with a smooth cream of mango and lime and topped with sweet pieces of mango and sprinkles of lime zest, a homage to two of my favourite ingredients and so easy to make too!

I'm making this recipe for Mother's Day because is fresh, vibrant and can be done in advance! And of course because I want to impress my friends in thinking I've been slaving in kitchen for hours.
