You have wrist pain while doing push-ups, handstand or other exercises during your workout? I show you some tips and tricks how to relieve and fix wrist pain from working out and increase your wrist strength and flexibility on a short- & long-term.
Wrist pain is common among many athletes, and having strong, stable wrists is necessary for a good performance. The treatment of wrist pain can be difficult, as many reason cause wrist pain. I also show you some exercises to strengthen wrists as this will prevent further injuries and damages in the future. Before you can strengthen your wrists, you need to understand a) the anatomy of your wrists and b) you have to correct the way you executed your exercises as they lead to your current state. The final goal is to increase wrist stength and flexibility while you workout and on a long-term.
