Titanic's Second Officer, Charles H. Lightoller (Part 2)

This video is about Titanic's Second Officer Charles Lightoller.

After the sinking of Titanic, Lightoller went on serve during the First World War. During the war, he served onboard many ships, such as the RMS Oceanic, the HMS Falcon, the HMS Garry, etc. During the war, Lightoller went on to survive two other ship sinkings. During the war, Lightoller even survived an encounter with a German Zeppelin. Lightoller was even successful in sinking a German U-boat.

During the Second World War, Lightoller, alongside his motor yacht, the Sundowner, assisted in the evacuation of Dunkirk.

Lightoller passed away in 1952.
