- Squat leg slides 10x each leg
- Sliding Lunges 10x each leg
- Plank to Push-up 5x each arm
- Tricep Dip 10x
Cardio Burst: 30 seconds Crouching Hover Plank to a Kick Through
Challenge: Complete this workout twice this week!
