INGREDIENTS:

VANILLA CAKE: Makes 2 x 5" Cakes
2 Cups Cake Flour OR 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Cups Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
125g Unsalted Butter Melted

NB: Self Raising Flour can also be used in place of the Cake Flour and Baking Powder.

CARAMEL CHEESECAKE FILLING:
3 Teaspoons Gelatine Powder
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
250g Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Caramel/Dulce De Leche
400mL Whipping Cream
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Carton Egg Whites
500g Unsalted Butter Softened

CHOCOLATE DRIP/DONUT COATING:
3/4 Cup White Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Pink Gel Food Colour
