2-3 Salmon fillets (1 inch cubes)
1 stick butter
2-3 tbs lemon juice
Olive oil
Paprika
Garlic powder
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Old bay
Onion powder

•Homemade Mashed potatoes
3 large russet potatoes
1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
1 stick butter
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Salt

•Creamy Garlic Sauce
3 tbs butter
2 tbs minced garlic
1-1.5 cup heavy whipping cream
Onion powder
Black pepper
Salt
Parsley
Serve with side of green beans or house salad and garnish with freshly chopped parsley!
