Ingredients listed below:

1lb 16-20 count peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 cup tomato(diced)
1 tbs cilantro (minced)
1 tbs chopped green onions
1 tbs sauce from chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/2 shot Tequila
2 tbs butter
2 tbs lime juice
1/2 tsp Minced garlic (optional)
Cream or sour cream
Street tortillas
Monterey Jack cheese
Grape seed oil
Pepper
Salt

Serve with side of rice, black beans, chips and salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro!
