RC Piper Cherokee with Telemetry: Flight Six

The HobbyKing ‘PA 28 Cherokee’ has a 1530mm wingspan, lightweight balsa and plywood ARF airframe, runs a 40 size 740KV brushless motor turning a 14x6 prop on electric power, and offers smooth realistic scale handling.

Flight Review:
Started out with a telemetry overview showing both speed and altitude readings before taxiing out and taking off towards the north. The Cherokee lifted off cleanly and climbed steadily up to altitude where it settled nicely into smooth level flight with that classic stable PA 28 feel.

After the first landing I headed straight back out for another takeoff to test the telemetry accuracy a bit further. The readings stayed consistent while climbing and cruising which made for a good confidence check during the flight.

The second climb took the aircraft up to around 500 feet before throttling back and letting it glide down naturally. The Cherokee carried energy really well on approach and floated in smoothly for a relaxed scale landing to finish the session.
