i1Studio Large Paper Profile Printing Issue & How to fix it in Windows 10

X-Rite i1Studio has a bug on both Mac & PC running Windows 10 when you try and print a paper profile on paper larger than 8.5 x 11. This is an issue because the i1Studio will show you that the color patches will print at the top of the page, therefore on larger sheet of paper such as 11 x 17 or bigger you can rotate the paper print the iterative second patch set on the other opposite end of the paper. However, when the program print out the patches it will puts it right in the middle of the sheet, therefore you can no longer print any more profile on the same sheet of paper. Larger paper can be more costly per sheet and minimizing printing cost should be part of a standard print workflow. This video will give you a walk through and show you how to come up with a custom paper size that will force the profile to print at the top of the paper, freeing up space on the opposite end of the paper.
