"What If I Can't Do The Correct Mewing Tongue Posture?"
First of all - don't stress. Almost nobody can do it their first time. I took me over a month before I was able to get the root of tongue against the palate - and look at my incredible transformation.

Did you think transforming your whole facial bone structure would be easy? It takes time. Learn what the proper mewing technique is, and then slowly work your way up until you can do it.

MEWING IS A JOURNEY
Think of mewing tongue posture as a process with a few steps:

1. Learn the 5 steps of mewing

2. Learn how to breathe through you nose

3. Get used to *some* of your tongue being up against your palate

4. Put more of your tongue against your palate as you become stronger and more comfortable
