NC State Treasury sending out loans supporting Helene recovery

The North Carolina State Treasury is sending out nearly $150 million in interest free loans. The money will help local leaders keep recovery projects moving as they wait for more federal funding. Buncombe, Avery, Caldwell and Ashe counties are among the areas that received funding.
