Home Prices in Texas are on the decline again in the second half of 2023. Specifically in cities like Austin and Dallas, where sellers are getting more aggressive in cutting the price.

With the big issue for Texas' Housing Market right now being a surge in inventory resulting from a decline in people moving in to buy houses. Data on Reventure App shows that homes for sale in Texas has grown by 40% YoY.

Austin, TX is the city that is getting hit the hardest. With prices down 10% on average YoY and up to 30% for some listings on Zillow. Home prices in Dallas are down, with the biggest drops coming in North Dallas near towns like Celina and Prosper.
