Why I Teach Low-Skill Calisthenics Exercises for Building Muscle
When it comes to building muscle and strength with calisthenics, I much prefer to use exercises that require as little skill as possible. The more skill you need to practice an exercise, the more challenging it will be to adequately work your muscles with that exercise.
