成慶，上海大學歷史系副教授，主攻明清禪宗史、近現代佛教史，近期成為頗受年輕人歡迎的學者，他的一檔佛學音頻節目，用曉暢的語言，撫慰了當代失意人的心靈。為什麽年輕人熱衷去寺廟？就算「躺平」了，為什麽還是感到焦慮？工作時總心神不安，怎麽辦？如何做到「放下執著」？

Cheng Qing, an associate professor of history at Shanghai University, specializes in the history of Zen Buddhism in the Ming and Qing dynasties and the history of modern Buddhism, and has recently become a popular scholar among young people. A Buddhist audio program of his uses simple and fluent words to soothe the hearts of frustrated modern people. Why do young people love going to temples? Even if you "lie flat", why do you still feel anxious? What should I do if I am always restless at work? How to "let go"?
