These were the Perfect Fried Wings & Chocolate Sauce. These wing were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I'll show you how to fry chicken wings and make a simple chocolate sauce which was inspired by Mexican Mole. Cooking this outdoor was fun and tricky at the same time but it came out perfect. I really enjoyed making these fried chicken wings by the river on a wood fire.
