1 cup powdered sugar [125 grams]
1/2 cup all purpose flour [68 grams]
*drops of food dye (liquid or gel)
✔️Buttercream Filling
1 cup powdered sugar [125 grams]
1/3 cup unsalted butter [80 grams]
1/2 tsp vanilla extract [2.5 ml]
1 tbsp milk [15 ml]
🔵Yield for this recipe: 30-35 pieces macaron shells
