Install SiLabs VCP210x driver to macOS 10.13.6

We used to use Mac for Arduino tutorials. For ESP8266 & ESP32, we couldn't install "SILICON LABS VCP 210x USB to UART driver" into our mac. The main problem: macOS complains "Untrusted kexts are not allowed". We have installed & uninstalled the driver, and reboot many times, but couldn't resolve the problem. Eventually, we switched to Windows 10 to capture "MircoPython on ESP8266" tutorial.

We found some articles to boot-up in rescue mode, and change kernel setting. However, our STEM club is to help teenagers, students, and beginners. That is too much and too danger to directly change kernel setting.

Today, we found someone suggested the kextload command, and it works. However, we have installed, uninstalled, patched, upgrade, and reboot many times, the presented method may or may work for others. We capture this video is for reference, hopefully the others (include our members) can install that SiLabsUSBDriver.
