Use CentOS7 to run AWS Cloud9 web IDE

Just use a CentOS7 to clone Cloud9 SDK (c9) from GitHub, run installation script, and then execute Cloud9 program.
Use OpenSSH to logon to CentOS7 plus port forward which allow the caller machine port 8080 to forward to CentOS7 port 8080.
When Cloud9 is running on CentOS7 port 8080, the caller machine can access from http://127.0.0.1:8080 URL.
