Vinyasa Flow w/ Standing Splits & Handstand Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga

This 60-minute yoga class has a little bit of everything, but we spend some extra time preparing the body for handstand kick-up with standing splits and jiva squats. You do not have to be able to do, or even want to do handstand to enjoy this well-rounded yoga class! Let us know what you think in the comments!
