Full Back and Bicep Workout!
Lat pull down: 4 sets 12-16 reps
Single arm chest supported row: 4 sets 10-12 reps each arm
Cable Row: 4 sets 10-12 reps
Lat Pull Over: 4 sets 12-16 reps
Bicep Drop Set: Go to failure on 45 pound plate, drop to a 35 pound plate, go to failure, drop to 25 pounds till failure!
